We’ve Been Completely Out-Frustrated

Last night, I witnessed the most gargantuan display of anger, frustration, and butthurt I had ever seen on the Internet. And I browse /jp/ every single day.

I said I wouldn’t single people out in an earlier post but god damn, this was too entertaining. I run by a creed that I will generate as little conflict on MAL as possible, but this is my blog, so fuck it.

I was far too lazy to compile my own screenshots and IRC logs so instead, I shall link to everyone’s favorite blog by birdy/KING OF NIGERIA. It’s pretty long, but please read it. It will be well worth your time.

There isn’t much I can say, the screenshots and logs speak for themselves. I must give a handy round of applause to Kibsy for blowing what was a small, uneventful situation on MAL into well…that entertaining spectacle. Bravo, we have been completely out-frustrated. Kircheis would be proud.

The irony of the situation is that, if you take a look at the thread itself (be wary of Kaiser’s warning on page three. This issue is settled, don’t post about it anymore), hardly anyone was giving Oni’s post or link a second thought. Kibsy was essentially digging his own grave. He also seemed to be completely unaware that everyone who was “defending” Oni isn’t exactly fond of him.
